Call for Papers
The Financial Engineering Association of Taiwan, the Department of Finance at National Chung Cheng University, and the Department of Finance at National Chi Nan University will hold the 2025 Annual Meeting and International Conference of the Financial Engineering Association of Taiwan on Friday, 13 June 2025, under the theme "A New Era of Finance: Intelligent Technology and Sustainable Innovation". Keynote speakers are Professor S. Ghon Rhee (Department of Finance, University of Hawaii; founding editor of the Pacific-Basin Finance Journal) and Professor Yi-Chun Chen (Department of Economics and Director of the Risk Management Institute, National University of Singapore). Panelists from industry, government, and academia will discuss intelligent technologies such as AI and machine learning, and sustainability topics including ESG and green finance. Selected papers may be submitted after the conference to special issues of the Pacific-Basin Finance Journal, Sun Yat-sen Management Review, or the Journal of Social Sciences and Philosophy. Submission:
- Full papers only. Please submit via the submission system (https://forms.gle/SQGLspd7tRkb4T1G6).
- Papers may be written in either Chinese or English.
- At least one co-author must be an individual or lifetime member of the Financial Engineering Association of Taiwan for 2025; submissions not meeting this requirement will not be reviewed.
Special issues:
The Pacific-Basin Finance Journal (PBFJ), Sun Yat-sen Management Review, and Journal of Social Sciences and Philosophy will offer special issues for this conference. Authors of Chinese or English papers may submit after the conference; details are available at:
