    ● At least six years of work experience, and meeting one of the following conditions:
    ● At least three years of practical experience as a manager in industry.
    ● Previously served as a unit head in a government agency.
2. Evaluation: Document review 40%, interview 60%

              to 11:59 p.m., Wednesday, 15 April 2026
4. Deadline for supplementary document upload: 5:00 p.m., Friday, 17 April 2026
