Reminders for the National Yunlin University of Science and Technology Student Group Health Examination, 8 September 2025

• Location: B1, Industry-Academia Research Building.
• Time: Monday, 8 September 2025, 08:00–12:00 (last check-in 11:30).
• What to bring: 1. Examination fee of NT$800 in cash (exact amount if possible).

2. Your Student Health Record Card (page 1 completed in advance).

3. National ID card (please bring it to speed up check-in).

• Important notes

1. For three days before the examination, keep to a normal routine and a light diet (avoid overeating) and avoid strenuous exercise, as these may affect the accuracy of your results.
2. On the day of the examination:
3. Fasting is not required for the on-campus group examination.
4. Those with chronic conditions or on medication may take their medication as usual; diabetic students should consult their doctor in advance about whether to pause medication.
5. If you feel unwell or are menstruating, please inform the on-site staff.
6. Please do not wear tops or underwear with metal parts (buttons, necklaces, sequins, etc.) and remove metal accessories.
7. X-ray examinations are not permitted for those who are pregnant or trying to conceive; please inform the staff.
