1. The Class of 2025 commencement ceremony will be held on Saturday, 7 June 2025 at the University's Yun-Tai Performance Hall. The programme is provided in Attachment 1 and the class seating plan in Attachment 2.

2. A family viewing area is set up in the inner corridor of the Yun-Tai Performance Hall, with seating and a live broadcast of the ceremony.

3. The main hall is reserved primarily for graduating students; remaining seats are open to guests holding a guest pass. Family members without a pass are asked to use the viewing area in the inner corridor. Standby passes for family members will be distributed at the centre of the Hall corridor at 13:00 on the day of the afternoon session.

4. (1) Given the recent rise in COVID-19 cases and the large number of attendees, wearing a mask is recommended to protect your health. (2) Please do not attend if you have tested positive for COVID-19 or influenza A/B. (3) If you have upper respiratory symptoms such as coughing, sneezing, or a runny nose, please wear a mask throughout and wash your hands frequently.

5. Eating and drinking are not permitted inside the Yun-Tai Performance Hall. Colleges and departments are asked to inform graduating students (and ask them to inform their families) not to bring food or drink into the venue. Refreshments may be consumed in the inner corridor (family viewing area); please sort your waste for recycling.

6. Graduating students should be seated in the Yun-Tai Performance Hall by 13:45 for the afternoon session. Please be seated early so that standby family members can be admitted.
