● Assembly: 12:50–13:00 (all departmental participants must assemble by 13:00)
● Assembly point: Ruyi Plaza, main entrance of the College of Management
● Participants: graduating students and faculty of each department and program, and departmental and program directors
● Procession: 13:00–13:30
● Route (fine weather)
13:00 depart from Ruyi Plaza → perimeter walkway of Management Building I → perimeter walkway of Management Building II → perimeter walkway of Management Building III → perimeter walkway of the College lawn → main entrance of the Yun-Tai Performance Hall [Gate A stairway on the east side, next to the College of Engineering] → enter the Hall promptly at 13:30
● Route (wet weather contingency)
In the event of rain, the College office will post a cancellation notice on the College website before 12:00 noon and notify departmental administrators. Graduating students and faculty should proceed directly to the Yun-Tai Performance Hall; no assembly is required.
